DigiExpress is a forward thinking logistics company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team If you are eager to be part of an organization driving innovation we would love to hear from you Responsibilities Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and company policies Record apply and reconcile customer payments in accounting systems ensuring receipts are posted to the correct accounts Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in coordination with the Operations Sales and Customer Experience teams Maintain accurate and up to date customer account records ensuring data consistency and completeness Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting teams to ensure accurate cash application and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and analyses to support financial close and management decision making Support the Finance Operations team in identifying potential credit risks and recommending mitigation actions Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing required documentation and reconciliations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency in billing collections and reporting processes Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Certification or hands on experience with accounting software is a plus Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable billing or general accounting Experience in logistics e commerce or service based industries is preferred تهران تهران سردار جنگل تمام وقت دیجی اکسپرس کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد حمل و نقل ترابری
