Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team at Snapp Kitchen In this role you will play a key part in the development and management of products and support the company s business goals
You will work closely with cross functional teams to set product direction define product roadmaps and deliver innovative and competitive products to market This role requires active ownership of product decisions and high level decision making while mentoring junior product managers and ensuring that product initiatives align with customer needs and business objectives You will be accountable for product success and profitability

Driving the strategic development of product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
Analyzing market opportunities and competitive landscapes to inform product direction
Operating autonomously with full accountability for product success and profitability
Tracking and analyzing product KPI reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborating with stakeholders to align on product goals timelines and deliverables effectively communicating progress and managing expectations
Leading cross functional teams through the entire product lifecycle ensuring high quality and timely delivery
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering Information Technology or a related field A Master s degree MBA or advanced certifications in product management or business strategy is highly preferred
5 7 years of experience in product management or related fields with a proven track record of leading successful product launches
Experience in managing full product life cycles collaborating with cross functional teams and driving product strategy is essential
Product management training familiarity with Agile Scrum and data driven decision making and knowledge of product analytics tools are a plus
Technical Skills
Knowledge of product lifecycle management product strategy and roadmap planning
Experience in market research and competitive analysis
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and product development principles
Analytical skills with experience in product KPIs performance metrics and data driven decision making
Business acumen and understanding of customer needs market trends and product performance drivers
Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
