The General Accounting Expert is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording processing and control of financial transactions while supporting payment processes account reconciliation expense management and monthly and year end closing activities
Key Responsibilities
Record and process invoices related to services and other cost center expenses
Review contracts and process related payments including third party consulting transportation insurance and advance payments
Monitor and reconcile accounts related to tax and Social Security Organization SSO matters
Record monthly and annual provisions including pensions bonuses and employee leave
Process export invoices and maintain related documentation
Manage advance payments and creditors rsquo accounts
Handle employee clearance and end of service related financial transactions
Record and control expenses related to factory and head office operations
Support monthly and year end closing activities and ensure the accuracy of financial records
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial processes and closing activities
Experience in invoice processing provisions creditor accounts tax SSO and expense control
Strong attention to detail accuracy and analytical skills
Good communication coordination and follow up skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
Experience in an FMCG or multinational environment is an advantage
