br Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager to join our Marketing Sales department The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of assigned pharmaceutical products developing marketing strategies and driving business growth in alignment with company goals
br Key Responsibilities
bull Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned products to achieve sales and profitability targets
bull Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities trends and competitive activities
bull Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute promotional campaigns and marketing materials
bull Monitor product performance and develop strategies to enhance market penetration and customer engagement
bull Manage product lifecycle including launch planning pricing strategies and portfolio optimization
bull Liaise with the R D and regulatory teams to ensure timely product development and compliance with market requirements
bull Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals HCPs and key opinion leaders KOLs to understand market needs
bull Prepare sales forecasts and monitor key performance indicators KPIs to measure success
bull Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and market positioning
bull Stay updated on industry trends innovations and best practices to enhance product strategies
br Requirements
bull Bachelor rsquo s degree in Marketing Business Administration Pharmacy or a related field Master rsquo s degree is a plus
bull Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
bull Proven track record of successfully managing products and achieving business goals
bull Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable insights
bull Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
bull Proficiency in English both written and spoken
bull Familiarity with CRM tools market analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite
bull Self motivated strategic thinker with a customer centric approach
