Chief of Staff Associate CEO Office
We are looking for a highly organized analytical and proactive professional to join Nilgam s CEO Office
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support The ideal candidate will support the Chief of Staff in project follow up cross functional coordination business analysis management reporting and process improvement
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on key projects action items and management decisions
Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders
Analyze issues and prepare management reports and presentations
Conduct research and support strategic initiatives
Track deadlines and ensure tasks are followed through to completion
Use AI tools to improve research analysis and productivity
Requirements
3 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent follow up and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and AI tools
English proficiency at B2 level or above
High ownership attention to detail and confidentiality
Graduates of public universities are preferred
Compensation Based on qualifications and capabilities
