We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer CTO to join our client an established company specializing in financial and administrative software solutions This role will lead the technology vision oversee technical product and software analysis teams align technology solutions with business goals and drive the development of scalable and reliable products for government organizations municipalities and private sector businesses
Key Responsibilities
bull Lead and mentor technical product and software analysis teams while fostering technical excellence collaboration and continuous improvement
bull Define and drive the technical architecture of scalable stable and maintainable systems
bull Oversee the evaluation of new product releases and conduct code reviews to ensure software quality and adherence to development best practices
bull Implement and continuously improve best practices across software development testing and deployment processes
bull Ensure the stability performance and security of the platforms and software solutions
bull Collaborate with cross functional teams to align technology decisions and initiatives with strategic business objectives
bull Lead technical processes related to developing and delivering software solutions for enterprise customers
bull Manage customer relationships and lead technical discussions and negotiations across software projects and solutions
What You Bring
bull At least 4 years of experience in roles such as CTO Engineering Manager Technical Lead or similar positions with proven team leadership experience
bull Proven experience leading technical teams and working closely with Product and Software Analysis teams
bull Strong proficiency in C and the NET ecosystem
bull Strong hands on experience with Entity Framework ASP NET and MVC architecture
bull Strong knowledge of SQL and database design and management principles
bull Deep knowledge of software design patterns and scalable system architecture
bull Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
bull Strong team management problem solving and decision making skills in complex technical environments
bull Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective interaction with customers and diverse stakeholders
bull A structured and disciplined approach with a strong commitment to software development quality standards
Nice To Have
bull Experience in the financial and administrative software industry
bull Experience designing and developing complex scalable systems
bull Experience managing technical and product teams simultaneously
