About TAPSI TAPSI started its journey in May 2016 with a team of 10 Iranian experts and today it has transformed into a leading super app in Iran We offer a wide range of services including intercity and intracity travel instant parcel delivery food ordering online shopping and more all in one platform With over 40 million users across 28 cities and a team of 1 000 passionate members TAPSI is constantly expanding and evolving Our team draws energy from the positive impact we make on people s daily lives We are committed to continuous innovation always seeking ways to improve and grow Join TAPSI and discover a place where you can push your limits innovate and thrive About the Role We are looking for a Senior General Accounting Expert with strong accounting expertise and a solid understanding of Iranian tax insurance and financial regulations to take ownership of key accounting processes The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting operations reconciliations petty cash payment processes and financial documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance This role requires strong analytical and problem solving skills the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies monitor the Moadian platform and provide insights to improve accounting processes and control costs The successful candidate should be able to work independently make sound decisions and effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Responsibilities Perform end to end accounting tasks Manage payroll processes Manage treasury and cash management activities Handle tax and social security SSO matters Provide recommendations to the organization on cost reduction and optimization Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies Record and maintain financial transactions accurately Monitor and manage key performance indicators KPIs Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Solid knowledge of Iranian tax laws social security regulations VAT and financial regulations Ability to manage and complete daily accounting tasks accurately and responsibly Ability to work effectively within a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure Strong decision making skills even in stressful situations Detail oriented focused and precise in performing assigned tasks تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت تپسی کارشناس ارشد جنسیت ترجیحاً آقا اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
