Procurement Expert
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement Expert to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating commercial opportunities sourcing qualified international suppliers and manufacturers preparing competitive offers and managing commercial negotiations and follow ups
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate received RFQs bids and tenders and identify suitable commercial opportunities
Search for evaluate and select qualified international suppliers and manufacturers
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers manufacturers and clients regarding prices lead times payment terms technical requirements and other commercial conditions
Prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial offers
Conduct continuous follow up with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely responses and delivery of quotations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and business partners
Coordinate commercial and procurement activities to ensure customer requirements are met effectively
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in commercial procurement sourcing or a related field
Strong research sourcing and supplier identification skills
Knowledge of industrial products and equipment is considered a strong advantage
Strong self leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Good knowledge of commercial correspondence and international commercial terms Incoterms
