Responsibilities
Organize and schedule department meetings prepare agendas and document minutes of meetings MOM
Identify project needs requirements and resources based on priorities objectives and schedules
Initiate and lead effective project communication plans coordinating activities to ensure timely delivery
Define track and evaluate project KPIs benchmarking performance against industry standards and competitors
Coordinate cross functional teams to align on project requirements timelines and deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and support smooth implementation
Develop and maintain project documentation including plans schedules reports and user manuals
Monitor project milestones and conduct post project evaluations to identify improvement opportunities
Provide creative solutions to project challenges and contribute to continuous process enhancement
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Industrial Engineering Management or Computer Science PMP Agile certification is a plus
At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or management ideally in tech driven companies
Proficiency with project management and data visualization tools
Strong analytical reporting and documentation skills with a data driven mindset
Excellent communication problem solving and time management abilities with attention to detail
