Mashin One is building a new experience for buying and selling cars in Iran Our goal is to make the car buying journey simpler more transparent and more accessible through digital solutions
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Strategist who can build our social media presence develop engaging content and turn audience insights into measurable business results The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of content strategy a genuine interest in the automotive industry and the ability to use AI tools to improve content creation and execution
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall social media strategy in line with brand positioning and business objectives
Lead social media activities to grow brand awareness audience acquisition engagement and positive brand sentiment
Develop a dynamic content strategy including content pillars editorial calendars creative formats and platform specific approaches
Plan and execute creative social media campaigns to increase engagement drive traffic and support business growth
Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools for content ideation copywriting content production creative development and workflow optimization
Experiment with AI powered content formats and production workflows while maintaining brand consistency and quality
Define KPIs monitor performance and analyze results to continuously improve content effectiveness and campaign ROI
Prepare regular performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations
Monitor audience conversations social media trends competitor activities and automotive market developments to identify new content opportunities
Collaborate with marketing design performance marketing and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns
Research social media best practices emerging platforms relevant influencers and effective promotional strategies
Build a distinctive brand voice and create content that makes car buying topics easier to understand and more engaging for the audience
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management content strategy or digital marketing
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable social media and content plans
Genuine interest in the automotive industry and curiosity about car market trends consumer behavior and industry developments
Practical experience with AI tools for content creation ideation research copywriting or creative production
Ability to identify opportunities for AI powered workflows that improve content quality speed and efficiency
Good understanding of social media platforms content formats audience behavior and current trends
Familiarity with copywriting storytelling and producing engaging content for different social media channels
Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns influencer collaborations and promotional activities
A data driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs analyze performance and make decisions based on insights and ROI
Strong communication collaboration organization and time management skills
Creativity adaptability initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
