About Datica At Datica we are building an AI powered LegalTech platform that uses Large Language Models LLMs AI Agents and Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG to transform legal research document analysis drafting and other legal workflows Our platform helps individuals lawyers and businesses understand legal information work with legal documents and complete complex legal tasks more efficiently We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can help us build a distinctive and credible visual identity across digital and offline channels and turn complex ideas around law technology and AI into clear engaging visuals Responsibilities Design social media content posts carousels stories and covers in collaboration with the marketing and content teams based on the monthly content calendar Design web and campaign graphics such as landing page visuals banners ads and email graphics Design presentation decks reports and one pagers for marketing sales and company communications Design posters flyers brochures banners business cards stationery and event and exhibition materials Prepare print ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors when needed Develop creative concepts key visuals and recurring visual series for campaigns product launches and events Turn product features legal topics AI developments and company updates into compelling visual content Maintain and evolve Datica s brand identity ensuring visual consistency across all digital and print communications Build and maintain reusable templates to speed up production Adapt assets to the format and specifications of each platform or print medium Use AI powered tools to enhance creativity and streamline design workflows Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver creative projects on time Requirements 3 years of professional experience in graphic design including branding digital and print materials Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator working knowledge of InDesign or similar layout tools Solid understanding of typography composition color and visual hierarchy Knowledge of print production color modes CMYK RGB bleed resolution and file preparation for printing Experience with branding and digital marketing assets Practical experience using AI creative tools e g Midjourney ChatGPT within a design workflow Ability to communicate complex topics visually in a simple clear and trustworthy way Strong attention to detail and visual judgment Ability to manage multiple projects work independently and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast moving startup environment and collaborate across different teams Portfolio required including both digital and print work and at least one example of how you have used AI tools in your design process Applications without a portfolio will not be considered Nice to Have Familiarity with Figma and basic UI design principles Experience working with technology SaaS fintech LegalTech or AI companies Experience with Persian or bilingual Persian English typography and design Experience building or evolving a brand s visual identity from an early stage Experience designing for events exhibitions or conferences Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms What We Offer Work on an AI product addressing real and meaningful problems in the legal industry Opportunity to help shape Datica s visual identity from an early stage Meaningful ownership over our visual content and creative direction Freedom to experiment with new visual formats and motion ideas Collaborative and fast moving startup environment Flexible working hours Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work closely with the product marketing AI and founding teams تهران تهران جردن تمام وقت داتیکا کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد حقوقی و قضایی
