We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive business growth and improve marketing ROI through data driven analysis advertising campaign management and continuous optimization of acquisition channels Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns in line with marketing objectives and business growth goals Manage advertising budgets and optimize customer acquisition costs across different channels Analyze campaign performance and monitor key metrics such as CAC CPA CPL ROAS and conversion rates Analyze acquisition and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for campaign performance improvement Design and run A B tests to optimize campaigns advertising messages and landing pages Monitor lead quality and analyze lead conversion rates into customers and successful transactions Collaborate with Marketing Product Sales and Operations teams to improve acquisition channel performance Prepare analytical reports and provide data driven actionable recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and marketing ROI Requirements At least 4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing and digital advertising Hands on experience in launching managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns Practical experience with analytics and tracking tools including Google Analytics 4 GA4 and Google Tag Manager GTM Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and the ability to optimize advertising budgets based on results Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable solutions Familiarity with conversion funnels A B testing and conversion rate optimization CRO Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to prepare analytical reports Strong sense of ownership results orientation problem solving skills and an analytical mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience working in e commerce businesses or marketplaces Experience in the automotive industry or online car buying and selling platforms Experience in sales lead generation lead optimization and analyzing lead conversion rates into successful transactions تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت نوآوران خودرو ایرانیان ماشینااا کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
