About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist who combines strategic thinking data driven analysis creativity and hands on execution to grow our social media channels and achieve measurable marketing objectives
The ideal candidate can develop effective social media strategies plan and execute campaigns manage content calendars and use performance data to continuously optimize content and channel growth
Key Responsibilities
1 Social Media Strategy Campaigns
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
Define channel specific goals target audiences content pillars and measurable KPIs
Plan and execute social media campaigns to achieve specific objectives including brand awareness reach engagement audience growth and lead generation
Analyze audience behavior competitors and platform trends to identify growth opportunities
2 Content Planning Channel Management
Develop and manage editorial calendars based on social media objectives campaigns and audience insights
Plan content topics formats and publishing frequency for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
Coordinate with content design and video production teams to ensure high quality and timely content delivery
Manage content scheduling publishing and quality control across social media channels
3 Social Media Analytics Optimization
Monitor and analyze social media KPIs including reach impressions engagement rate follower growth video performance and conversions
Evaluate content and campaign performance to identify trends strengths and areas for improvement
Translate data into actionable recommendations to optimize content strategy campaigns and channel performance
Prepare regular performance reports and track progress against defined targets
4 Platform Expertise Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with social media algorithms platform updates emerging formats and industry trends
Experiment with content formats and campaign approaches to improve performance
Identify execution challenges and proactively recommend data driven solutions
Required Skills Qualifications
Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms platform best practices and audience behavior
Proven ability to develop social media strategies and execute campaigns against measurable objectives
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
Experience with social media analytics and management tools such as Meta Business Suite LinkedIn Analytics or similar platforms
Strong planning organizational problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
Experience Background
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in social media management or strategy
Demonstrated experience growing social media channels and improving performance against defined KPIs
Proven experience in content planning campaign execution performance analysis and optimization
Experience working with content design and marketing teams
A portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and data driven results is a plus
