About SnappPay SnappPay is the first and leading BNPL provider in Iran started in 2020 We are leveraging Financial Technologies to reshape Iranians experience of consumer credit Supporting Snapp Group s mission of enhancing Iranian people s quality of life through Internet services SnappPay s mission is to bring financial freedom to all Iranians by providing them with better smarter and more efficient solutions for payment and shopping About the Role Drive merchant success by maximizing activation retention and business growth through proactive account management data driven insights and end to end ownership of merchant challenges Responsibilities Own a portfolio of strategic merchants and improve their business performance through proactive account management Increase merchant activation and product adoption by leading onboarding and follow up initiatives for assigned accounts Identify merchants at risk of churn and execute retention plans to improve portfolio retention Analyze merchant performance GMV Orders Retention Conversion and recommend actions that drive measurable growth Resolve complex merchant issues by coordinating with Product Operations Finance Risk and Support teams until closure Conduct regular business reviews with key merchants and identify upsell and cross sell opportunities Support the team by documenting best practices and coaching junior specialists on complex merchant cases Requirements Bachelor s degree in a relevant field 3 years of experience in Merchant Success Customer Success Key Account Management or similar commercial roles Experience in marketplace e commerce fintech or SaaS is preferred Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency Experience managing strategic merchant portfolios Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong problem solving and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively across Product Operations Finance and Support teams High ownership prioritization and execution skills تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ پی کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
