The SEO Specialist is responsible for improving organic search performance through effective Off Page SEO Link Building and content optimization strategies with a strong focus on Blog development and On Page SEO This role combines analytical thinking competitor analysis content strategy and hands on execution to improve keyword rankings strengthen page authority and increase organic traffic
The primary objective of this role is to identify organic growth opportunities through data analysis search intent research and competitor benchmarking and translate these insights into actionable SEO initiatives that drive sustainable growth in organic visibility and search performance
Key Responsibilities
1 Off Page SEO Link Building
Execute and continuously optimize Off Page SEO and Link Building strategies in alignment with organic growth objectives
Analyze website and competitor backlink profiles to identify Link Gap opportunities
Identify and evaluate relevant websites and media outlets for backlink acquisition and sponsored content publication
Assess domain and backlink quality based on authority relevance and potential spam signals
Manage and monitor published sponsored articles and acquired backlinks to ensure quality and effectiveness
Identify potentially harmful or low quality backlinks and recommend appropriate corrective actions
Measure the impact of Off Page SEO activities on organic traffic keyword rankings and the visibility of target pages
2 Keyword Research Content Optimization
Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to identify relevant organic growth opportunities
Analyze SERPs and competitors to identify Content Gaps and opportunities to improve search performance
Develop and optimize Blog content structures including Topic Clusters to strengthen topical relevance and organic visibility
Evaluate existing content quality and identify opportunities for improvement based on SEO best practices and search intent
Prepare clear and actionable Content Briefs to guide content writers in producing SEO friendly content
Collaborate with the Content team to improve content quality topical coverage and alignment with E E A T principles
3 SEO Performance Analysis Reporting
Monitor and analyze key SEO metrics including organic traffic keyword rankings search visibility and backlink performance
Use Google Search Console GA4 and other SEO tools to evaluate performance and identify trends and growth opportunities
Track the effectiveness of SEO initiatives and identify areas for improvement through data analysis
Prepare regular SEO performance reports using tools such as Looker Studio
Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and clear Action Plans to improve organic search performance
4 Problem Solving Continuous Improvement
Identify SEO related issues and opportunities through website analysis competitor benchmarking and SERP evaluation
Recognize technical SEO issues that may affect content performance indexing or keyword rankings and coordinate appropriate follow up when needed
Continuously monitor search algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies accordingly
Explore opportunities to improve SEO workflows through automation and AI powered research analysis and content planning
Continuously test evaluate and refine SEO initiatives based on performance data and measurable results
Required Skills Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong hands on experience in Off Page SEO and Link Building
Solid understanding of Keyword Research Search Intent Analysis and SERP analysis
Good knowledge of On Page SEO principles and content optimization
Working knowledge of Technical SEO to identify issues affecting organic search performance
Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 GA4
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs Semrush Screaming Frog or similar platforms
Ability to analyze SEO data using Excel or Google Sheets
Experience creating SEO reports and dashboards using Looker Studio
Ability to evaluate backlink quality identify Link Gaps and develop data driven Link Building strategies
