About Khodro45 At Khodro45 we are committed to transforming the used car market through technology transparency and customer centric solutions We are looking for a strategic and analytical Financial Planning Analysis Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving business performance financial planning and sustainable growth About the Role As the Financial Planning Analysis Manager you will partner closely with senior leadership to translate financial data into actionable business insights and support strategic decision making You will lead financial planning budgeting forecasting and financial modeling helping the organization evaluate business opportunities optimize costs and improve profitability This role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking leadership capabilities and a passion for leveraging data technology and AI to drive business impact Key Responsibilities Lead the financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives and long term growth Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business scenarios assess financial implications and support strategic decisions Oversee management reporting and develop analytical dashboards to provide clear visibility into financial and business performance Identify opportunities to improve profitability optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency through data driven financial analysis Partner with senior leadership and cross functional teams to develop financial strategies evaluate business initiatives and monitor budget performance and variances Leverage technology automation and AI powered solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes Lead coach and develop the financial analysis team fostering a culture of analytical excellence accountability and continuous improvement Requirements At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis financial control management accounting or related fields At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role with a proven track record of leading and developing teams A bachelor s or master s degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or a related field an MBA is an advantage Strong knowledge of financial principles financial statements budgeting forecasting and performance analysis Demonstrated experience in financial modeling scenario planning and management reporting What We re Looking For Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges A strategic mindset and the ability to translate financial data into clear actionable recommendations Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions A high level of accuracy attention to detail and a structured systems thinking approach An innovative mindset and an interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to finance The ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders تهران تهران میرداماد تمام وقت خودرو45 مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
