We are looking for an organized detail oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance Working closely with the People Partner HRBPs and hiring managers you will help attract suitable talent deliver a positive candidate experience and improve recruitment through accurate reporting and practical process improvements
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the People Partner and HRBPs to clarify hiring needs job descriptions role levels and assessment criteria
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings sourcing screening interviews assessments reference checks and offer follow up
Develop sourcing approaches across relevant channels to identify and engage qualified candidates
Conduct structured competency based interviews and coordinate timely feedback from interviewers
Maintain clear respectful communication with candidates and support their transition into onboarding
Prioritize approved vacancies and keep stakeholders informed about progress timelines and hiring challenges
Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the applicant tracking system ATS
Report on recruitment metrics identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to hiring speed assessment quality and candidate experience
Qualifications and Skills
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Practical experience in full cycle recruitment sourcing and structured interviewing
Experience using an ATS candidate databases and recruitment reporting tools
Ability to develop job descriptions assessment criteria and interview structures
Understanding of recruitment metrics including time to hire time to fill conversion rates and sourcing effectiveness
Strong organization communication and stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
Sound judgment and an evidence based approach to candidate assessment and hiring recommendations
Familiarity with candidate experience employer branding and confidential handling of recruitment information
Experience supporting HR generalist activities is a plus
Scope and Success Measures
This role focuses on recruitment delivery with limited HRBP support within approved hiring plans and policies Final hiring offer role level and compensation decisions remain with the designated decision makers overall recruitment strategy and HR policies sit with the HR Manager
Success will be measured through timely hiring candidate quality recruitment funnel performance offer acceptance candidate and hiring manager satisfaction and accurate recruitment data
