About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead the planning execution and optimization of social media initiatives across both international and local platforms This role is responsible for driving brand awareness audience engagement and customer acquisition through social media strategies
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns aligned with brand marketing and business objectives
Manage social media activities end to end from briefing and planning to execution monitoring and performance reporting
Own and optimize the brand s presence across platforms including Instagram X Telegram Bale and other relevant social channels
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports dashboards and insights for key stakeholders
Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
Plan execute and evaluate influencer marketing campaigns including influencer selection briefing negotiation performance tracking and ROI analysis
Monitor brand conversations customer sentiment competitor activities and industry trends through social listening and community monitoring
Analyze influencer content and community performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement reach traffic and conversions
Hands on experience in producing and editing social media videos using CapCut Premiere Pro Canva or similar content creation tools
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
Previous experience in an e commerce or marketplace is highly preferred
Hands on experience managing social media channels across both international and Iranian platforms
Experience working with reporting tools dashboards and KPI measurement frameworks
Excellent project management prioritization and stakeholder management skills
