We are looking for a Legal Manager to join our team In this role you will act as a key strategic partner to senior management and cross functional business units navigating complex legal landscapes in the tech logistics and platform economy sectors You will oversee litigation and dispute management corporate governance intellectual property high stakes contracting and regulatory compliance
Key Responsibilities
Litigation Dispute Management Develop litigation strategies manage external counsel and represent the company before judicial and regulatory authorities
Commercial Contracting Draft review and negotiate complex domestic and international agreements managing contractual risks and guarantees
Corporate Notary Criminal Insurance Affairs Handle corporate governance board and assembly minutes Companies Registration Office filings official notary matters criminal legal matters and insurance related affairs
Regulatory Government Relations Monitor regulatory changes e commerce platform liability labor law and manage relations with governmental bodies
Intellectual Property Protect brand assets and manage trademark registrations and renewals
Team Leadership Lead mentor and supervise in house legal team and report directly to senior management
Requirements Qualifications
Education License Bachelor s degree in Law Mandatory active Bar license پروانه وکالت دادگستری
Experience 6 8 years of relevant legal experience preferably in tech marketplaces or large scale enterprises
Expertise Deep knowledge of Iranian Civil Commercial and Labor laws litigation practices and contract management
Language proficiency in English contracts and correspondence
Skills Strong negotiation legal drafting analytical and stakeholder management skills
