n this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating foreign exchange transactions banking facilities and financing activities to ensure smooth and timely financial operations You will work closely with banks exchange houses financial institutions and internal stakeholders to support business needs ensure regulatory compliance and maintain operational efficiency
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of banking operations foreign exchange regulations financing instruments and financial processes along with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on foreign exchange transactions including international payments settlements and related banking processes
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to obtain manage and monitor banking facilities and financing arrangements
Handle foreign currency order registration processes and ensure compliance with applicable foreign exchange regulations
Maintain effective relationships with banks exchange houses and financial intermediaries to facilitate financial transactions
Review and follow up on financing agreements banking contracts and Islamic financing instruments
Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of foreign exchange and financing transactions
Monitor the status of banking facilities repayment schedules and related financial obligations
Identify and resolve operational issues related to foreign exchange transactions and banking facilities to minimize business disruptions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of financial transactions and support business requirements
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to foreign exchange activities and financing operations
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or higher in Finance Accounting Economics Banking or a related field
Relevant professional experience in treasury operations foreign exchange transactions banking or corporate financing
Strong knowledge of banking facilities Islamic banking contracts and financing instruments
Good understanding of foreign exchange operations international banking processes and relevant regulations
Familiarity with foreign currency order registration procedures and banking documentation
Understanding of accounting principles and financial transaction recording
Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with banks exchange houses and financial institutions
Good command of English particularly for financial documentation and business communication
Strong attention to detail problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
High level of ownership accountability and ability to handle time sensitive financial operations
