Wallgold is building a secure and reliable platform for online gold trading focused on delivering a seamless financial experience through scalable technology and high performance infrastructure
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy development and growth at Wall Gold You will identify user needs and business opportunities make data driven decisions and lead cross functional teams to build and improve digital financial products From Product Discovery and defining product roadmaps to launching new services and measuring their impact you will play a key role in delivering valuable and scalable product experiences
Responsibilities
Define and execute Product Strategy and Product Roadmaps aligned with user needs market opportunities and business objectives
Lead Product Discovery through user research interviews behavioral analysis and market research to identify meaningful problems and opportunities
Translate business goals into prioritized product initiatives define MVP scope and manage the Product Backlog
Analyze Product Metrics Conversion Funnels user activation retention repeat purchases and business performance to identify growth opportunities
Design and run product experiments A B tests and pilots to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features
Lead the end to end product development lifecycle from defining requirements and preparing PRDs and User Stories to product launch and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Engineering Design Finance Legal Operations and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery
Identify and develop new financial services and experiences related to cards credit installment payments payments and asset backed services
Work with banks and payment service providers to improve financial integrations and resolve operational challenges
Explore opportunities to improve high value user experiences customer loyalty and product economics
Leverage AI tools AI Agents and intelligent workflows to improve product processes automate tasks and enhance user experiences
Requirements
5 years of professional experience in Product Management with a proven track record of owning digital products
Experience managing the end to end product lifecycle from Product Discovery and strategy to development launch and optimization
Strong understanding of Product Strategy Roadmapping MVP Product Discovery and Product Backlog Management
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make data driven decisions and prioritize based on business impact
Familiarity with Product Analytics Conversion Funnel Analysis Cohort Analysis and user retention metrics
Understanding of UX principles software development processes APIs and service integrations
Experience collaborating with technical teams and translating business requirements into actionable product specifications
Experience in FinTech banking payment systems e commerce or financial products is a plus
Familiarity with banking operations payment processing financial integrations and Unit Economics is an advantage
Experience with A B testing SQL user behavior analytics and Zero to One product development is a plus
Familiarity with AI tools AI workflows and AI powered product features is an advantage
Strong communication stakeholder management leadership and cross functional collaboration skills
High sense of ownership accountability and ability to deliver results in fast changing and ambiguous environments
