Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
Source screen and interview candidates to ensure a diverse pool of qualified applicants
Lead the recruitment process from initial application to offer negotiation and onboarding
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR related inquiries and concerns
Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations updating policies and procedures as necessary
Monitor and maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive workplace culture
Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for HR metrics and analytics
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field A master s degree is preferred
At least a Bachelor s degree in Management Human Resources Industrial Engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role
Knowledge of HRIS Human Resource Information Systems and proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint
Knowledge of HR practices labor laws and regulations
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems ATS and HR analytics
Ability to Designing a variety of Hiring Process Functions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and managers
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage HR documentation and processes accurately
Problem solving abilities to address employee issues and HR challenges
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
