Job Title Senior Market Development Specialist
About the Role
Karma is an industrial fastener supplier with more than 15 years of experience and is now expanding its operations We are looking for a senior market development specialist who can understand the industrial market turn that understanding into a clear market entry plan and build the digital and AI based tools the sales team needs with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
Research and analyze target industrial markets such as cement steel and process industries demand buying processes supplier requirements and competitors
Estimate market size and prioritize target segments and accounts based on documented evidence
Interview customers and the sales team to understand buying criteria and pain points and turn findings into structured insights
Translate research into market positioning key messages and a practical market entry plan for each target segment
Execute B2B marketing activities in line with the brand strategy sales materials catalog content specialist communication and the company s online presence
Manage the target account list introductory outreach and follow up in the CRM
Define requirements for the digital sales tools that support market development interactive catalog quotation tools product and customer databases and build and improve them with vibe coding
Use AI and automation professionally across research analysis content and tool building and verify the accuracy of every output
Document processes and decisions and report on market and performance indicators
Requirements
Required
Master s degree in Business Administration Marketing or Business Management Graduates of Industrial Engineering or IT are considered if they have documented education or experience in marketing and branding
3 6 years of relevant experience
Solid command of market research methods secondary research interviews surveys competitor analysis and the ability to turn findings into actionable recommendations
Demonstrable hands on experience with vibe coding building a working tool or web page with tools such as Claude Code Cursor or ChatGPT and the ability to test and verify the output
Strong data analysis skills in Excel or Google Sheets
Professional level prompt engineering and use of AI for research analysis and content creation
Clear Persian writing and strong documentation skills
Ability to work independently from a description of the goal and expected output
Based in Tehran able to work on site 3 days per week
Nice to have
B2B marketing or sales experience especially in industrial supply
Experience defining requirements for digital products or internal tools
Familiarity with HTML JavaScript or databases
Experience with automation tools n8n Make Zapier and CRM systems
Familiarity with web analytics tools Google Analytics Search Console
Familiarity with the fasteners industry
