We are looking for a Business Analyst Specialist to support data driven decision making and business improvement initiatives at TapsiFood In this role you will analyze business performance identify trends and performance gaps evaluate operational and financial metrics and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations You will work closely with cross functional teams to understand business challenges investigate their root causes identify improvement opportunities and support initiatives that enhance business performance and operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Collect consolidate and analyze business data from multiple sources to evaluate overall business performance Monitor key performance indicators KPIs and assess performance against business targets plans and historical results Identify trends performance gaps business challenges and opportunities for growth and improvement Conduct root cause analysis to investigate business problems and recommend data driven solutions Analyze operational and financial metrics including productivity costs revenue and other key business drivers Prepare periodic business performance reports and ad hoc analyses to support management decision making Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track business performance and communicate key insights Translate complex data into clear findings actionable recommendations and practical business solutions Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization Collaborate with business finance operations and technology teams to gather requirements validate data and deliver meaningful analyses Support business improvement initiatives by evaluating potential solutions monitoring implementation progress and assessing outcomes Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Industrial Engineering Business Administration Industrial Management Economics Statistics or a related field 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis Business Intelligence Business Planning or a similar analytical role Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze large datasets and develop structured reports Practical experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools Familiarity with SQL and the ability to extract data from databases is a plus Strong understanding of business KPIs performance measurement trend analysis variance analysis and root cause analysis Ability to structure complex business problems interpret data and develop evidence based recommendations Experience in business process analysis and identifying opportunities for operational improvement Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to different stakeholders High attention to detail strong problem solving skills and a structured analytical mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks collaborate across teams and work effectively in a fast paced environment تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت تپسی فود کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
