About the Position We are looking for a Mid Level Data Scientist to join the AI team at MCINEXT as a Tech Lead Assistant In this role you will work closely with our Technical Lead to oversee the quality scalability and architectural integrity of AI implementations across various projects Your focus will be on monitoring the AI ecosystem benchmarking and evaluating machine learning pipelines identifying technological synergies between projects and developing internal AI driven tools to enhance engineering excellence This position offers a unique vantage point you will combine hands on data science and MLOps practices with architectural analysis working on real world large scale systems while contributing to cross project technical alignment Responsibilities Assist the AI Tech Lead in monitoring code quality pipeline efficiency and architectural health across MCINEXT s AI initiatives Design build and maintain internal AI and evaluation tools for tracking model performance pipeline health and system benchmarks Participate in technical and architectural reviews of AI projects identifying bottlenecks and proposing actionable improvements Facilitate cross project synergy by promoting standardized AI infrastructure shared components and best practices Research prototype benchmark and maintain machine learning models frameworks and supporting tooling Collaborate closely with project teams and engineering leads to ensure alignment with technical guidelines and delivery standards Document technical evaluations architectural decisions and workflows to support organizational learning and technical governance Requirements 3 to 5 years of hands on experience in Data Science Machine Learning or Applied AI Proven track record of contributing to production grade AI ML projects within cross functional teams 5 members Proficiency in Python and solid command of SQL for data extraction and manipulation Solid understanding of machine learning foundations and experience with frameworks such as scikit learn PyTorch or TensorFlow Familiarity with MLOps principles containerization and DevOps workflows Docker Git and CI CD pipelines Exposure to cloud environments distributed computing concepts or scalable serving architectures Strong analytical and architectural thinking with the ability to evaluate tech stacks objectively Excellent communication and coordination skills to interface effectively between the Tech Lead and development squads What We Offer At MCINEXT you will operate at the intersection of applied AI engineering and architectural oversight You will gain deep visibility across diverse AI products work with rich enterprise datasets and advanced compute infrastructure and directly impact how modern AI solutions are designed and scaled We offer an intellectually stimulating collaborative environment where you can sharpen both your technical craftsmanship and technical leadership capabilities under seasoned mentorship تهران تهران ولنجک تمام وقت گروه MCI NEXT کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
