Job Objective
To analyze design and implement the most effective short term and long term financing strategies and continuously optimize the capital structure of the holding company and its subsidiaries with the aim of reducing financing costs WACC controlling debt related risks and ensuring sustainable liquidity across the group
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Optimize and manage debt and capital structure for the company and the group
Design short term and long term financing policies
Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of corporate capital structure and capital debt optimization
Familiarity with Iranian banking credit regulations and procedures including
Different types of facilities and Islamic financing contracts
Effective bank interest calculations
Credit assessment requirements and collateral documentation
Practical knowledge of the Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran procedures
Practical knowledge of capital market and supply chain financing instruments
Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks including
Commercial Law especially capital related matters general assembly authorities and Articles 129 and 141
Tax regulations related to financial expenses and intercompany transactions
Banking laws and regulations
Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel
Ability to accurately calculate and structure debt amortization schedules
Ability to analyze cash flow obligations and model effective financing costs
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in high pressure high workload environments
Responsible and accountable
Team oriented
Detail oriented and organized
Strong problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with different company valuation methods at various stages of maturity is an advantage
Experience working in holding company headquarters investment banking firms or credit departments branches of banks is an advantage
