We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our client a fast growing fintech company We are looking for a creative analytical and experienced professional to develop and execute social media strategies manage the brand s social channels and lead the content team to increase brand awareness grow online communities and support the company s marketing objectives
Key Responsibilities
bull Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences focusing on platforms such as Instagram Telegram YouTube TikTok and Facebook
bull Define growth plans and key performance indicators KPIs for each channel and manage content calendars and publishing schedules
bull Lead and coordinate content copywriting design and video production teams to ensure consistent high quality platform specific content
bull Prepare content briefs and oversee the quality of copy visuals videos headlines thumbnails and calls to action CTAs before publication
bull Manage content publishing and ensure consistency in brand voice visual identity and messaging across all channels
bull Analyze content and channel performance and optimize strategies based on metrics such as Reach Engagement Rate Audience Retention Watch Time CTR and target audience growth
bull Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns increase audience engagement and drive conversions through the marketing funnel
bull Manage audience engagement oversee responses to comments and messages and coordinate with customer support teams to follow up on inquiries
bull Plan and evaluate collaborations with influencers content creators media outlets and relevant channels
bull Monitor audience feedback competitor activities and emerging trends to identify new content opportunities
bull Manage negative feedback and sensitive social media situations in coordination with relevant teams
bull Leverage AI tools for research ideation content planning and performance analysis while ensuring information accuracy and data confidentiality
What You Bring
bull At least 5 years of professional experience in social media management including experience leading a team or managing multiple channels simultaneously
bull Hands on experience managing Instagram Telegram and YouTube with a good understanding of TikTok and Facebook
bull Strong knowledge of content strategy audience insights brand voice storytelling and organic growth principles
bull Skills in translating business objectives into clear actionable and measurable content plans
bull Understanding of platform specific content formats including Reels Shorts long form videos Stories and Telegram content
bull Experience with YouTube Studio Meta Business Suite and other social media management and analytics tools
bull Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel Google Sheets or similar tools
bull Skills in developing content briefs providing constructive feedback and overseeing the quality of creative team outputs
bull Familiarity with social media advertising and coordinating organic activities with paid campaigns
bull Hands on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude Gemini and Perplexity for research ideation and content analysis
bull Strong execution planning and follow up skills with a hands on approach to managing daily activities
bull Good command of English for working with international resources tools and industry references

bull Experience in finance fintech forex trading cryptocurrency technology or education
bull Experience managing YouTube channels and improving metrics such as CTR Watch Time Audience Retention and subscriber growth
bull Experience managing multilingual social media channels or working with international markets
bull Experience evaluating and managing influencer and media collaborations based on audience quality and campaign performance
bull Experience using AI and automation tools to optimize content production and management workflows
bull A portfolio showcasing managed channels content calendars content briefs and performance reports
