About Position At MCINEXT we are looking for an experienced and high impact Product Manager to play a key role in shaping and launching our AI based product initiatives As some of our projects are currently in the ideation and finalization stages this role is ideal for a professional who thrives in ambiguous and evolving environments You will be responsible for identifying the right problems translating product opportunities into actionable solutions and leading the product development lifecycle from discovery to execution and continuous improvement This position is perfect for someone with a background in data driven or AI driven products who can effectively engage with various stakeholders and build products that deliver measurable value alongside our technical and business teams Responsibilities Identify and evaluate product opportunities in the AI domain based on business requirements and user needs Translate ambiguous problems and business needs into clear use cases roadmaps backlogs and actionable requirements Define KPIs success metrics and frameworks for measuring product performance Collaborate closely with engineering data design and business teams to drive product development Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value risk complexity and overall impact Lead the product discovery process define MVPs plan launches and drive continuous product iteration Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across key business and technical partners Contribute to shaping and optimizing product workflows and cross functional collaboration models Support the structuring and development of the product team during the early stages of growth Requirements At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or similar roles Proven experience working on digital products data centric platforms or AI related projects Strong analytical skills with the ability to define requirements and make data driven decisions under priority constraints Demonstrated experience in defining KPIs roadmaps and managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate cross functional teams Experience in team management or participating in setting up product teams is a significant advantage Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and transform uncertainty into structured operational plans Familiarity with AI ML product development concepts is considered a plus A strong sense of ownership problem solving mindset and excellent interpersonal skills What We Offer The opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping impactful AI products from scratch A professional multi disciplinary environment within a dynamic and growing team A supportive space for professional learning growth and career development Engagement in high stakes projects with real world challenges and innovative opportunities Ready to build the future Apply now and join us تهران تهران ولنجک تمام وقت گروه MCI NEXT مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
