We are looking for a data driven and impact oriented Business Analyst to join our team and help turn business challenges into clear actionable insights support strategic decision making and drive cross functional initiatives across the business In this role you will work closely with business product operations technology and other teams to combine strong business understanding with hands on analytical skills to turn business questions into insights recommendations and measurable actions Responsibilities Analyze business performance user behavior operational trends and complex datasets to identify opportunities risks and root causes Translate business questions into structured analytical problems measurable KPIs and clear analysis plans Extract manipulate and analyze data using SQL to support business decisions and ongoing initiatives Build and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations for key business metrics Participate in regular business and strategy check ins preparing performance summaries and supporting follow up actions Translate analytical findings into clear actionable recommendations for stakeholders Support cross functional teams based on business priorities providing analytical and structured problem solving support Monitor key KPIs and proactively investigate unusual trends performance changes or emerging business issues Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure reliable analysis and reporting Support the evaluation of business initiatives by defining success metrics and measuring impact Independently manage analytical tasks and smaller business projects from problem definition to recommendation and follow up Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or a related field At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis Data Analysis Product Analysis Strategy or a similar analytical role Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems Proficiency in SQL for data extraction manipulation and analysis Experience working with large and complex datasets Experience developing dashboards reports and data visualizations using BI or analytics tools Good understanding of business metrics and KPI design Strong communication and data storytelling skills Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and collaborate across different teams Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to decision making Nice to Have Familiarity with Python for data analysis and scripting Experience with BI tools such as Metabase Power BI Looker or Tableau Familiarity with statistical analysis experimentation and performance measurement Experience in marketplace e commerce product or digital businesses Exposure to business strategy performance management or cross functional strategic projects Who You Are You ask why and look beyond surface level metrics You are comfortable moving between business discussions and hands on data analysis You focus on business impact not analysis for its own sake You communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders You are proactive adaptable and comfortable taking ownership of your work تهران تهران صادقیه تمام وقت جاباما کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
