About the role Snapp Box is the logistics arm of Snapp Group running on demand and scheduled delivery across Iran We are hiring a senior product leader to own day to day product decisions on the ground and act as the primary point of contact between Product Technology and Business You will be the most senior product person in the office most days expected to make calls unblock teams and run cross functional programmes with minimal supervision Responsibilities Serve as the single point of contact for Commercial Operations and Technology on product matters Resolve escalations trade offs and priority conflicts between teams Lead interdepartmental programmes end to end scope staffing milestones dependencies and delivery Directly manage a group of product managers Coach them run their reviews and build the next layer of leadership Own the product roadmap for your area and its alignment with company targets Translate business goals into product bets and product bets into engineering plans Represent Product in management forums including the weekly leadership update with clear status risks and asks Set up and maintain the operating rhythm between teams planning cadence review rituals and how decisions get documented and communicated Requirements 8 years in product management including at least 3 years leading other product managers in logistics e commerce marketplaces or a similarly operational business A track record of running projects that spanned engineering operations and commercial teams where you were accountable for the outcome rather than a single deliverable Comfortable working with limited direction You define the problem the plan and the people needed and you bring the VP in for decisions that need them rather than for every step Strong with engineering leads you can read a technical trade off challenge estimates credibly and negotiate scope without eroding trust Equally strong with business stakeholders you can hold a line on priorities with a commercial VP and explain why in their terms Data driven in the practical sense you use numbers to decide and to settle disagreements not to decorate slides Clear concise written communication in Persian and English Nice to have experience in last mile delivery fleet or courier operations Nice to have experience replatforming or migrating a live product تهران تهران مقدس اردبیلی زعفرانیه تمام وقت گروه اسنپ معاون مدیر ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
