We re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines exceptional visual craftsmanship with strategic thinking embraces emerging technologies and elevates the creative standard across everything we build

What You ll Be Doing
Lead the design and execution of high impact visual assets across digital and offline marketing channels
Transform business objectives and creative briefs into compelling user centered visual solutions
Maintain and elevate Okala s visual identity across all customer touchpoints
Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns product launches seasonal initiatives and brand communications
Design engaging assets for websites landing pages digital advertising CRM email marketing social media and other digital platforms
Collaborate closely with Marketing Campaign Product Content and other cross functional teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals
Leverage AI powered creative tools for image generation concept development creative ideation and design production to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency
Review and refine creative outputs while providing constructive feedback to maintain high design standards
Balance creativity with business objectives user experience and conversion focused design principles
Prioritize and manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines
Stay up to date with design trends AI technologies and emerging creative tools proactively introducing new ideas and best practices
What You Bring
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Visual Communication or a related field
5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design preferably within e commerce FMCG retail or digital businesses
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding campaign design digital marketing and visual storytelling
Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Experience with motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects and familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D software
Proficiency in AI powered creative tools for image generation concept development and design production e g Adobe Firefly Midjourney ChatGPT Runway or similar platforms
Deep understanding of branding typography layout composition color theory and visual communication
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to create user centered conversion focused designs
Ability to provide creative direction and maintain high design standards across multiple projects
Excellent communication collaboration presentation and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
High attention to detail creativity ownership and problem solving abilities
Plus
Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other designers
Experience building or evolving brand guidelines and design systems
Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design workflows
Experience creating motion graphics animation or video content
Experience integrating AI into creative workflows
Experience working in agile fast paced environments
