About SnappPay SnappPay is the first and leading BNPL provider in Iran launched in 2020 We leverage financial technologies to reshape Iranians experience of consumer credit Supporting Snapp Group s mission of enhancing Iranian people s quality of life through internet services SnappPay s mission is to bring financial freedom to all Iranians by providing better smarter and more efficient solutions for payment and shopping About the Role Our Talent Acquisition team supports SnappPay s rapid growth by helping different teams scale with the right people We believe that speed accuracy and quality should go hand in hand throughout the recruitment process We work closely with hiring managers to create a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams In this role you will support the team in coordinating recruitment processes following up on hiring steps and helping us move faster while maintaining high standards Responsibilities Support the end to end recruitment process with a strong focus on coordination follow up and process execution Coordinate interviews between candidates recruiters hiring managers and interview panels Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates especially for operational and junior level positions Help maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for active and upcoming vacancies Follow up on recruitment steps to ensure speed accuracy and a positive candidate experience Update and maintain recruitment trackers reports and process documentation Support recruiters and hiring managers in organizing interviews recruitment events and job fairs Assist in posting job openings on relevant platforms and updating job descriptions when needed Track basic recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress Support employer branding activities and recruitment related initiatives Handle multiple hiring processes at the same time while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business or a related field 2 years of experience in recruitment HR coordination or a related role Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate communication Strong coordination follow up and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment High sense of responsibility accuracy and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Fast learner with a proactive and solution oriented mindset Good command of Excel or Google Sheets Basic English skills Interest in recruitment talent acquisition and employer branding Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems resume databases or sourcing platforms is a plus Experience in high volume or operational recruitment is an advantage تهران تهران جردن تمام وقت اسنپ پی کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
