A multinational company active in 120 countries is looking for experienced and talented IT for its Tehran office Responsibilities Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user s satisfaction Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Help Desk Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first in first out based on priority Modify configurations utilities software default settings etc for the local workstation Document internal procedures Assist with onboarding of new users Install test and configure new workstations peripheral equipment and software Maintain inventory of all hardware equipment software and software licenses Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware images and software Linux administration and virtualization knowledge will be an advantage Requirements University degree in Information Systems or related field Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills English fluency listening speaking reading writing 3 years of relevant technical experience Linux Unix background تهران تهران حکیمیه تمام وقت پارس مبانی کارشناس جنسیت فقط آقا شرکت های خدماتی پیمانکاران
