The Operations Supervisor Carfix leads Vendor Support Vendor Acquisition and Customer Support operations The role improves vendor service standards and assortment expands vendor coverage nationwide with defined targets for new cities and builds training guidelines and operating processes for Vendor Support The supervisor also establishes and manages the customer call center including order care and team training and uses data and performance reporting to drive operational improvements Duties Lead the Vendor Support team and improve the quality and consistency of services delivered by vendors Develop Vendor Support training guidelines standard operating procedures and ongoing coaching Expand vendor coverage across the country and identify service and geographic coverage gaps Increase each vendor s assortment of products and services and track assortment growth Lead vendor acquisition onboarding and activation with defined acquisition targets for new cities Set up and manage the Customer Support call center including workflows staffing coordination and team training Oversee order care customer inquiries issue resolution and escalations Monitor operational KPIs analyze performance data and deliver regular reports and improvement plans Requirements Relevant experience in operations supervision vendor management acquisition or customer support and call center operations Experience leading and training teams and building operational processes Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and practical experience using Metabase Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data monitor KPIs and prepare clear management reports Experience with marketplace or automotive service operations is an advantage Preferred Competencies Technical and Behavioral Data driven decision making analytical thinking and structured problem solving Advanced Excel skills Metabase dashboards data interpretation and performance reporting Vendor acquisition nationwide coverage planning and assortment development Vendor Support training service quality improvement and call center setup and management Team leadership coaching communication prioritization and cross functional collaboration تهران تهران شهرک غرب شهرک قدس تمام وقت اسنپ شاپ کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
