Your Role in the Team
In this position you are not just a developer you are the driving force behind turning AI innovations into real world business solutions Your primary responsibility will be rapid prototyping researching emerging technologies and implementing scalable high quality intelligent systems
Responsibilities
Fast Prototyping Swiftly convert business ideas and concepts into testable high quality MVPs and market ready features
AI Architecture and Design Evaluate and select the best models frameworks and architectural patterns to solve complex AI and software engineering challenges
Software Integration Seamlessly integrate AI models into existing software pipelines and design robust maintainable APIs
Continuous Research Stay at the absolute forefront of the AI landscape monitoring the latest papers open source models and developer tools to evaluate their practical application in our ecosystem
Optimization and Deployment Handle advanced prompt engineering model fine tuning where necessary and optimize deployment for low latency high throughput and cost efficiency
Technical Stack Requirements
We expect you to be exceptionally hands on and well versed in the modern AI and software engineering ecosystem
AI Ecosystem Mastery Deep experience working with LLMs e g GPT Claude Llama orchestration frameworks LangChain LlamaIndex and local cloud model runtimes such as Ollama and Hugging Face
Vector Databases Solid experience with vector databases like Pinecone Chroma Milvus or Qdrant for building advanced RAG systems
Programming Architecture Full mastery of Python and its modern frameworks like FastAPI Strong background in core software engineering principles clean code and reusability
Modern DevOps Tools Hands on experience with Docker automated CI CD pipelines and workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Airflow
Evaluation Alignment Expertise in advanced prompt engineering evaluation frameworks and implementation of robust mitigation strategies for model hallucinations
