We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy development and growth of our Q Commerce platform In this role you will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery working closely with cross functional teams to build customer centric products that drive business growth and operational excellence Job Description Define and execute product vision strategy and roadmap Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch Gather customer insights through research data analysis and experimentation Prioritize product initiatives based on business value and customer needs Collaborate closely with Engineering Design Data Operations Marketing and Business teams Manage the product backlog and ensure high quality product delivery using Agile methodologies Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics driving continuous improvement Optimize key Q Commerce journeys including search checkout fulfillment delivery and post purchase experience Improve customer engagement retention and operational efficiency Mentor junior Product Managers and promote product management best practices Requirements Bachelor s degree in a related field Master s degree or MBA is a plus Five years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products Experience in Agile product development and cross functional team leadership Strong analytical problem solving and stakeholder management skills Experience with product discovery roadmap planning A B testing and product analytics Familiarity with Q Commerce E Commerce Marketplace Food Delivery Logistics or Retail Technology is highly preferred Working knowledge of tools such as Jira Confluence Figma SQL and analytics platforms e g Mixpanel Amplitude Google Analytics Excellent communication skills with a customer first and data driven mindset تهران تهران گاندی تمام وقت تپسی فود کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
