About the role
Snapp Box s market research team turns data on customers bikers drivers and competitors into decisions As a Senior Market Research Specialist you will play a key role in research projects from framing the right question to presenting recommendations to management
Mission
Track customer biker and driver awareness usage satisfaction and pain points and uncover their preferences
Stay ahead of market trends changing user behavior and competitive dynamics to spot opportunities and risks early
Work closely with different teams across the company to understand their questions and make sure research insights are used in their plans and decisions
Act as a research partner who helps teams ask the right questions choose the right approach and turn findings into practical actions
Responsibilities
Take an active part in all stages of research projects from defining the business question to delivering recommendations
Choose the right research method for each question and run quantitative and qualitative studies surveys interviews focus groups and field studies
Design questionnaires and sampling plans and ensure data quality and representativeness
Run regular and ad hoc surveys among customers bikers and drivers to measure key metrics and answer new questions as they come up
Keep track of competitors and help assess Snapp Box s position in the market
Analyze survey and internal data with statistical methods and turn findings into clear actionable recommendations
Prepare reports and presentations share results with management and follow up on how insights are put into action
Requirements
BS MS in Industrial Engineering Statistics Economics Business or a related field
3 years of experience in market research preferably in marketplaces logistics or on demand services with an understanding of customer biker and driver behavior
Hands on experience across all stages of research projects from start to finish
Deep knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research design including in depth interviews and focus groups
Solid statistical knowledge for market research including common analysis techniques and proper sampling methods
Strong problem solving skills in market research ability to turn unclear business problems into clear research questions and find practical answers even when data is limited or messy
Advanced Excel skills plus working knowledge of a programming language such as Python for data cleaning and analysis
Experience with survey platforms e g QuestionPro Porsline with a good understanding of proper survey design and analysis techniques
Excellent communication with stakeholders ability to understand their needs present findings clearly through reports and presentations and follow up to make sure insights are turned into action
Effective time management and commitment to deadlines
Intermediate English especially in writing
