About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist to help us strengthen Snapp Sarmayeh s agility and execution in working with third party partners by leading commercial negotiations translating product requirements into partner ready deliverables and ensuring fast reliable end to end onboarding and rollout In this role you will act as a cross functional driver across Product Legal Operations Finance and Tech ensuring partnerships are structured correctly launched efficiently and scaled sustainably within a B2C investing platform environment
Responsibilities
Identify evaluate negotiate and onboard strategic partners aligned with Snapp Investment s business objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for partners building strong relationships and ensuring long term collaboration
Translate product and business requirements into clear partner facing deliverables and implementation plans
Coordinate with Product Tech Legal Finance Operations and Risk teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and launch execution
Manage end to end partnership projects including planning timeline management risk mitigation and go live readiness
Monitor partner performance through KPIs and SLAs identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence
Prepare business reports performance analyses and stakeholder updates to support decision making
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Economics Engineering or a related field
4 years of experience in Business Development Partnerships Commercial Operations or related roles
Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing external partnerships
Strong understanding of digital platforms customer onboarding journeys and partnership operations
Familiarity with fintech financial services investment products or payment ecosystems is preferred
Strong project management stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
Excellent analytical problem solving and communication abilities
Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data driven decision making
Ability to operate effectively in fast paced and ambiguous environments
