Pars Drilling Fluids Company is active in the field of drilling fluids services and waste management for the upstream oil and gas industry we are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Supervisor to support business operations by ensuring effective people management workforce capability and compliance with HR policies and labor regulations This role is ideal for a hands on HR professional with a strong operational background and the ability to drive strategic people initiatives that support business growth
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee day to day HR operations ensuring compliance with company policies labor laws and social security regulations
Manage the full employee lifecycle including workforce planning recruitment onboarding probation transfers promotions employee movements and offboarding
Drive performance management employee development succession planning engagement and retention initiatives
Manage and continuously enhance compensation benefits programs including payroll coordination salary reviews job evaluation and grading market benchmarking incentive schemes and benefits administration
Identify organizational learning needs and coordinate training and development initiatives
Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns resolving conflicts managing disciplinary procedures and promoting a healthy organizational culture
Support organizational development initiatives organizational design change management and continuous improvement projects
Monitor HR KPIs analyze workforce data prepare management reports and provide data driven insights for strategic decision making
Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance strengthen leadership capabilities support employer branding initiatives and drive effective people management
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or higher in Human Resources Management Business Administration Industrial Management Industrial Organizational Psychology MBA DBA or a related field
Minimum 5 7 years of progressive HR experience including supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws social security regulations HR operations compensation benefits performance management and modern HR practices
Hands on experience with HRIS payroll systems and Microsoft Office
SHRM CIPD HRCI or equivalent certification is an advantage
