In the story of Snappfood we believe in creating value that goes beyond the ordinary We are willing to establish innovative tendencies and are eager to have you on our team to help us get through our business challenges with creativity intelligence and agility We re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our team and help us get closer to how people actually experience and use our products We re looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity curious enough to challenge assumptions and able to connect what users say with what they actually do Someone who can bring a fresh perspective to the team make good use of data tools and AI and help us continuously improve how we do research not just execute research requests We are waiting for you to continue this story Responsibilities Take product and business questions even the messy unclear ones and turn them into focused research questions and plans Plan and run qualitative quantitative and mixed method research from interviews and usability tests to surveys and behavioral analysis Decide what kind of research is actually needed considering what we already know the decision we re trying to make and how much time we have Bring different sources of evidence together user conversations behavioral data product metrics business context and previous research rather than looking at them in isolation Use session recordings heatmaps funnels user journeys and behavioral segments to understand what users are really doing and where they struggle Turn research into clear insights and opportunities that Product and Design teams can actually act on Spot important questions and research opportunities proactively rather than waiting for someone to hand you a research brief Use AI and modern research tools where they genuinely make the work faster deeper or more scalable from exploration and analysis to synthesis and knowledge management Try new methods tools and ways of working and help us figure out what actually makes our research practice better Communicate findings clearly including what we know what we don t know and how confident we are in the evidence Own research projects end to end work closely with Product Design and Data and help other researchers grow along the way Requirements 4 years of experience in UX Research Product Research or a similar role ideally working on digital products Solid experience across qualitative and quantitative research with good judgment about when to use each A product mindset you re interested in the decision behind the research not just the research deliverable Confidence working with behavioral and product data and connecting it back to user research Hands on experience with tools such as Hotjar Microsoft Clarity FullStory or similar platforms including session recordings and heatmaps A good understanding of funnels segmentation user journeys product metrics and A B testing Practical experience using AI tools in your research workflow along with the judgment to know where AI helps and where human thinking matters more The ability to make sense of complex or even conflicting evidence and turn it into a clear point of view and actionable recommendations Clear communication and storytelling skills and the confidence to work with and challenge stakeholders when needed Experience supporting other researchers sharing knowledge and helping raise the quality of research across a team Benfits Vouchers for Vacations Gym Therapy Sessions Internet Costs Complementary Insurance Educational platform of advanced courses Snappfood s Discount codes Loans تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ فود کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
