Alibaba Travels Operations Excellence team is looking for an intern who is passionate about data and process analysis to help us optimize workflows and enhance customer service efficiency Working alongside the team you ll get hands on experience acting as the bridge between data and operations learning to analyze business processes identify improvement opportunities and turn insights into actionable recommendations If you have a structured mindset enjoy digging into root causes and are eager to learn in a dynamic environment this is the right place for you Responsibilities Assist in analyzing and modeling customer service operational processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Help document As Is and To Be process flows and contribute improvement suggestions Analyze performance data under the team s guidance and help develop data driven recommendations Learn to design and build management dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools to track KPIs Collaborate with Data QA and Operations teams to help define and monitor KPIs and SLAs Conduct ad hoc analyses to support managerial decision making Work with tech and product teams to support the implementation of improvement actions Help prepare analytical reports and summaries for the team Requirements Final year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering Management Data Science or IT No prior work experience required relevant academic research or internship projects are a plus Good working knowledge of Excel and interest in learning BI tools Power BI Tableau etc Theoretical familiarity with process modeling concepts BPMN and Process Mining Basic familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus Theoretical understanding of KPI SLA gap analysis and continuous improvement principles Interest and ability in identifying trends and patterns in performance data Good communication skills with the ability to simplify analytical insights Strong attention to detail discipline and eagerness to learn Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously تهران تهران کوی بیمه تمام وقت شرکت سفرهای علی بابا کارمند جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
