At Okala we re looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing team and help us make better decisions through data
You ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and different marketing teams to understand what s happening find growth opportunities and turn data into insights that help the business move forward
What You ll Be Doing
Analyze customer behavior campaign performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and support marketing decisions
Support marketing strategy and business planning through data analysis and actionable insights
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to answer business questions and provide recommendations based on data
Analyze funnels cohorts attribution and A B tests to evaluate campaign performance
Compare campaigns and performance across different time periods and turn findings into practical insights
Work with ECRM Sales and Campaign teams to help them make better decisions through data
Collect clean and review data from different sources including GA Ads and CRM platforms
Write advanced SQL queries to extract data and build reliable datasets for analysis
Use Python for data analysis data processing and report automation
Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Metabase
Create clear and easy to use dashboards and visualizations for marketing teams
Work with different teams to understand their data needs and improve reporting structures
Make sure data and reports are accurate and reliable
Present findings and recommendations to the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders
Support and mentor Junior and Mid Level analysts and contribute to the development of the team
Keep analytical projects and reports documented and up to date
What You Bring
Strong SQL skills and the ability to write complex queries
Experience with Python for data analysis and processing
Experience working with Power BI and Metabase
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC CPM CAC CTR and Conversion Rate
Ability to connect data analysis with business goals and marketing plans
Ability to turn business questions into useful insights and practical recommendations
Good attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
Ability to work with different teams and communicate clearly with non technical stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and the ability to guide and support other analysts
